Pull the damn thing out!

Joe seems to be starting shit again. Fuck him, I don't need him or the drama he brings.

Anyway, I'm in a lot of pain because of one of my back lower teeth. It really needs to be pulled, but I'm still trying to find a dentist that accepts Medicaid. Seriously this has got to end. I've been in pain off and on for about a year. Not only does my tooth hurt, but it cause pain in my ear, and head too. Basically the whole right side of my face hurts. This is making my life HELL.
